Darcy Ahl - President
A partner of the recruiting firm Bentley & Farrell, Ahl traces her business roots to Procter & Gamble where she started her career. She moved to the agency side, accepting account management roles with Bozell, Jacobs, Kenyon & Eckhardt, DDB Needham and W.B. Doner. Following the birth of 3 children and a hiatus from business to raise this threesome, she returned to the business world to work for Bentley & Farrell. She received her B.A. degree from Duke University in 1984.

Joe Mangione - CMO
One of the most respected marketing minds in the media business, Mangione has 35 years of experience working in print, electronics and online. He has held senior marketing positions at some of the best-known media companies, including Meredith, Time Inc. and CanWest. He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Wagner College in Staten Island, New York.

Frank Farrell – Founder

A longtime executive recruiter, Farrell started at Heidrick & Struggles, where he was the number 1 producer for the firm. He left to start his own recruiting firm, Farrell & Phin, which he ran with great success for nearly 20 years. Following this venture, he became President of Nordeman Grimm. Farrell started an ongoing firm with partner Dave Bentley that they named, aptly, Bentley & Farrell. A former Marine and Colby College attendee, he holds a B.A. degree from NYU. Farrell is the founder of CBTCI.

Jose Fernandez – CTO
Fernandez is President of ETS, a “concept-to-product” design and developments company and is an accomplished electronic/software engineer with nearly twenty years experience with firms such as Motorola. He holds over 35 utility patents in the communications and energy systems. Fernandez has been at the forefront of battery systems development such as Lithium Ion, Lithium Polymer and several communications systems including Bluetooth, iDEN, Zigbee and Cellular.

Stephen Vowell – Director of Network Solutions
Presently Principal & President of HoustonTec.com, Vowell is a startlingly creative executive who looks past normal industry solutions and solves problems other experts in the industry have labeled as unsolvable. Thinking out of the box is his mantra. His expertise resides within the security umbrella at both industry and government and he has serious experience with DoD and NASA initiatives. Vowell has remarkable insight into the basic architecture underlying current operating systems, and network communications protocols. His experience with state-of-the-art classified highly secure protocols, which are unavailable to most users, puts him in a unique position with CBTCI.
